Company History

GRABTECH MANAGEMENT INC. is a business engaged mainly in PROJECT and CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT. Its main office is 744 J. Catacutan St cor. C. Dela Cruz St Brgy. Vergara Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

GRABTECH started in November 19, 1998, when Engr. Rudolph O. Go, who was then working with the construction management division of one of the leading firms in the country’s construction industry, left and decided to start his management firm, GRABTECH BUILDERS and MANAGEMENT. After working on several projects, he changed the company’s name to GRABTECH MANAGEMENT INC.

GRABTECH MANAGEMENT INC. has been awarded and trusted with contracts for managing and constructing residential and commercial structures obtained through bidding and referrals from satisfied clients, architects, and former clients.

  • Coordinate with the Architect for additional details or clarifications as needed.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to verify work quality, materials, and equipment meet contract specifications.
  • Notify the Contractor in writing of any non-conforming or substandard work or materials.
  • Monitor corrective actions through daily site checks and follow-ups.
  • Ensure materials are properly stored, handled, and used according to standards.
  • Enforce strict safety measures throughout the project.

  • Track project timelines, report potential delays, and confirm readiness for final inspection.

  • Attend meetings or conferences as requested by the Owner or Architect.
